Head Start Fiscal/Operations Training April 4, 2019
Training will be held at Alexander County HS 700 Liledoun Rd Taylorsville NC 28681. Advance registration is required; on-site registration is not permitted. Registration will be processed directly by Duscha Management presenting firm.
In alignment with the Head Start Management Wheel, Early Head Start and Head Start leadership must ensure that quality child and family outcomes result from adequate program management, planning and oversight systems. Head Start programs must include using data, fiscal management, ongoing monitoring, and planning to ensure continuous improvement. Through facilitated discussion, this interactive training encourages participants to think differently about NFM resources, Budgeting and Budget Revisions, Data Management, Uniform Guidance, Cost Allocation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: All administrators and key management staff who are accountable for grants management of Office of Head Start funding: Executive Directors, Head Start and Early Head Start Directors, Fiscal Officers/CFO’s, Governing Body members, or any key staff person with responsibility and accountability in this area. This is a fast paced and interactive training. Dress comfortable due to fluctuating room temperature.
